ABOUT MAYA

MY STORY
I didn't start out planning to become a massage therapist. I spent years working a desk job, dealing with the same shoulder and neck tension so many of my clients come in with now — and I remember exactly what it felt like the first time a massage actually fixed something instead of just feeling nice for an hour.
That's the difference I try to bring to every session. Not just relaxation — actual, lasting relief. I got licensed in 2016, and I've spent the years since then getting better at reading what a body is telling me, and responding to that instead of running the same routine on everyone who walks in.
HOW I WORK
My approach
01
I listen before I work.
Every session starts with a real conversation — what's tight, what's been going on, what you're hoping to feel afterward. No guessing.
02
I adjust as I go.
Pressure, pacing, and focus shift based on what I'm finding, not a script I decided on beforehand.
03
I tell you what I'm seeing.
If something feels like it needs more attention than a single session can give — I'll say so, honestly, rather than stretching things out.
